Aaron Reutzel scores 15th All Star victory of 2019 in dominating fashion at Hagerstown Speedway
For the first time in over 36 years, the Ollie's Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 made their presence at the half-mile at Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland. The near-four decade hiatus may have created some uncertainty for many of the full-time All Stars attempting to tackle the northern Maryland oval, but if one thing was for certain at the conclusion of Sunday's visit, nobody was a match for Clute, Texas' Aaron Reutzel.

Earning a second $20,000 Dirt Classic victory at the 'Fabulous' Lincoln Speedway is a feat in itself, but to hold back a hard-charging Danny Dietrich, as well as one the nation's leading sprint car winners, Aaron Reutzel, in the process is down right impressive. Known as 'The Edge,' Brian Montieth, a name certainly synonymous with victories and championships in the Pigeon Hills, accomplished such a feat, leading the final 16 circuits on Saturday night, September 21, to secure his place in Dirt Classic history, again.
Aaron Reutzel leads All Stars to Williams Grove Speedway victory lane for second time of 2019
Less than a month after etching his name in Ollie's Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 history books by becoming the first full-time Series regular to defeat the Pennsylvania Posse at Williams Grove Speedway, Clute, Texas-native Aaron Reutzel achieved the once-elusive feat yet again, this time during Tommy Hinnershitz Memorial competition on Friday night, September 20. Ultimately a wire-to-wire performance by the defending All Star champion, the route to Williams Grove Speedway victory lane was far from plain sailing, as Reutzel was forced to withstand continuous pressure from Kasey Kahne Racing's James McFadden, as well as a late charge by The Grove's all-time win leader, Lance Dewease. Impressive enough, Reutzel's victory bumps his All Star win total to an impressive 14 in 2019, simultaneously increasing his championship point lead to 98 markers over six-time champion, Dale Blaney.

Australian driver James McFadden had no plans to come to the United States to race a Sprint Car in 2019. Then, he got a call from Kasey Kahne. The former NASCAR star and now Sprint Car driver was injured in a crash at Williams Grove Speedway early in the season and needed someone to fill the seat.

The 2019 Ollie's Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 season is quickly coming to a close, but the action is far from over, as the traveling sprint car wheelmen will hit the Keystone State one last time, paying a visit to northern Maryland in the process. As an added bonus, Tony Stewart's All Stars will chase a total-weekend top prize equaling $31,000, $20,000 of which to be awarded on Saturday night.

Scott Dellinger came into the 2019 season with high expectations in the Super Sportsman division at BAPS Motor Speedway. There was a lot to live up to. A week ago, Kenny Edkin's car was down to a bare frame and an axle as it sat in the pit area at BAPS Motor Speedway. It wasn't a good night. Edkin crashed during his heat race and blew up coming through the field in the A-Main, which meant a long week at the shop. But, Edkin and his crew didn't let it slow down their season-long performance. The team thrashed during the week, got a car back together, and collected their ninth win of the season in the 25-lap BAPS Super Sportsman main event.

It should come as no surprise that Frankie Herr is starting to find a little speed toward the end of the season at BAPS Motor Speedway. The prestigious Gary Wolford Super Sportsman 100 is two weeks away, and Herr's made a career at being the driver to beat. The Carlisle, Pa., driver has won it eight times — tops of any driver — at three different tracks and is looking to add to that total. Herr took a step in that direction Saturday night at the York Haven facility. Not only did he shake off some recent struggles, he charged from ninth to his 19th career BAPS Motor Speedway victory in the 25-lap Super Sportsman main event.

Traditionally a packed agenda for Tony Stewart's Ollie's Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil, Labor Day weekend just got bigger, now featuring four events in four days, two of which awarding five-figure paydays.
