Progressive American Flat Track makes its first Lucas Oil Speedway visit on Saturday

WHEATLAND, MO. (June 2, 2025) - Over the years Lucas Oil Speedway has played host to a vast array of motorsports divisions including Late Models, Modifieds, Stock Cars, Sprints, Midgets, Off Road and Drag Boats. This Saturday night marks something entirely new.
The Progressive American Flat Track will bring some of the nation's leading motorcycle racers to Lucas Oil Speedway's for the first time as the series holds Round 6 of its schedule. Mission AFT SuperTwins, AFT Singles presented by KICKER and Royal Enfield Build. Train. Race. will throw it down on the 3/8‑mile dirt oval under the lights.
Mission AFT Super Twins is the headline division, consisting of production-based twin-cylinder motorcycles (649 - 900cc), utilizing the latest in motorsports technology. Briar Bauman, a 29-year-old from Salinas, Calif., on a Harley-Davidson XG750R has three wins in five races in 2025 to go with pair of second-place finishes to lead the championship battle.
Dallas Daniels of Mattoon, Ill., has the other two wins and the 21-year-old trails Bauman by 10 points. Davis Fisher, 27 of Warren, Ill., sits in third, 33 points behind the leader.
The AFT Singles Presented by KICKER consists of production-based 450cc off-road machines specially prepared for flat track competition. Tom Drane, a 19-year-old from Forbes, Australia leads the division this season with two seconds and two thirdin five races. Just five points behind Drane is another 19-year-old,
Chase Saathoff of Hillsboro, Ill., who has one win and two seconds to trail by just five points.
The Royal Enfield Build.Train.Race is an entry-level division that provides a platform for aspiring flat track racers to build and race Royal Enfield motorcycles. Point totals are not tallied, though Emma Gottsch, Taia Little and Maricela Rodriguez have earned victories this season.
Grandstands will open at 2 p.m. with opening ceremonies at 7. General admission is $25 for adults, $20 for students with ID and kids 12-and-under are free with a paid adult ticket. Reserved grandstand tickets along the top rows are $40 apiece for all ages. Tickets include a pit pass, allowing fans an opportunity to get up close to the motorcycles and teams prior to the action.
There's also an opening ceremonies track-side fan experience ticket for $99 with full event pit pass access, guided tour of infield podium and start/finish line; photo opportunity - podium and start finish line; infield viewing of opening ceremonies and racing.
