(Hartford, OH)...Rain that began Friday evening and is expected to continue throughout the day and night coupled with unseasonably cool temperatures has once again taken the checkered flag on Saturday at Sharon Speedway. The CDL & Touch-A-Truck Night presented by Ohio Intra Express and P.I.&I. Motor Express will be postponed to a date to be announced.
The 2026 opener will now take place on Saturday, May 30 in a Bala Management "Super Series" event for round four of Western PA Speedweek featuring the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply "410" Sprint Cars racing for $5,000 to-win in "Floyd Trevis Memorial". The Hovis Big-Block Modifieds will compete for $2,000 to-win and the Gibson Insurance Agency Crown Vics will round out the program.
Sharon Speedway is owned by Dave Blaney, Ryan Blaney, and Will Thomas III and is a 3/8-mile dirt track located on Custer-Orangeville Road in Hartford, Ohio near the intersection of Routes 7 & 305.
