Mechanicsburg - Williams Grove Speedway will present the Thrivent-Fusion Financial Group Joey Allen Tribute Race for Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars coming up on Friday night May 29.
The race will honor Hanover racer Joey Allen with special pre-race activities in the infield beginning at 5:45.
The special sprint car event will pay $8,000 to the winner of the 25-lap feature as part of the 2026 Hoosier Diamond Series at the track and the PA Posse Sprint Series.
The PASS/IMCA 305 sprint cars are also on the racing program.
Action gets underway at 7:30.
The fastest driver in 410 sprint time trials will receive $300 as the Fast Tees Fast Time Award winner.
The oval will be looking for its eighth different winner in as many races when the sprint cars take to the track for the Joey Allen Tribute Race this week.

Adult general admission for May 29 is $30 with youth ages 13 - 20 admitted for just $10.
Kids ages 12 and under are always FREE at Williams Grove Speedway.
The 410 sprints will compete in back to back 8K to win events at Williams Grove over the next few weeks as June 5 offers the Lynn Paxton EMMR Legends Classic sanctioned by the All Stars Circuit of Champions Sprints.
