Twice as Nice: Henry Still the Only All Star Driver to Win at Freedom Motorsports Park

NAPA Auto Parts All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Valvoline points leader Kalib Henry scored his second career win at Freedom Motorsports Park, Delevan, NY. During the 2025 season, Henry won the first-ever All Star event at the 1⁄3-mile eastern New York track. The 2025 visit also happened to be the first 410ci sprint car race held at Freedom Motorsports Park.

Henry went into the night qualifying fourth overall during Capitol Custom Trailers qualifying which lined him up second in the Premier Planning Services first heat race. He finished fourth in his heat but started on the pole of the Level Utilities Dash thanks to the Islander Inn Dash Dice Roll being an eight.

Henry won the Level Utilities Dash and started on the pole of the 35 lap feature. Sailing away from the field, Henry battled with a caution and then red flag within the first five laps of the race.

When the feature returned to green flag racing, Henry held the lead for the final 30 laps.

Finishing ahead of first-time 410ci sprint car driver, Jordan Hutton of Hannibal, NY and Matt Farnham of Tonawanda, NY.

"Sometimes, I'd rather be lucky than good," Henry said of the rough start to his night. "I was going backwards faster than I was going forwards in the heat race. The invert worked out. I started on the pole and Andy [Potter] was throwing wrenches at this thing. Hopefully, tomorrow will go smoother to start and we can keep up the momentum from tonight."

The NAPA Auto Parts All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Valvoline finish the weekend at Sharon Speedway on Saturday, August 29th for $7,500-to-win. For more information, visit www.allstarsprintcar.com.
