Macon Speedway Race Track in Macon, Illinois, USA
Macon Speedway Dirt Track Logo
Macon Speedway was built in 1946 by Wayne Webb on the site of a brick factory on Macon’s West side. It has been in continuous operation since its inception.
It has been touted as “The World’s fastest 1/5 mile dirt track” for many years. It was also formerly known as “The Other Brickyard” — “Other” being a reference to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s nickname, and “Brickyard” due to buried bricks rising up to the track’s surface from time to time. Many famous drivers who compete on dirt tracks have been to Macon at one time or another.
Macon Speedway races Pro Late Models, Pro Modifieds, Modifieds, Sportsman, Street Stocks, Hornets, and Micros.

Adding, "Feels amazing to put my name in the same category as legends like Christopher Bell and Bryan Clauson. I couldn't be here without all the great sponsors and the whole KKM team that makes it all possible". Keeping pace with the lead pack all night Karter Sarff would score the runner up finish as Jacob Denney recovered from an early race caution to drive back to the final podium placement with onetime leader Kyle Jones finishing fourth and Colton Robinson rounding out the POWRi National Midget League top five finishers in Night Two of the Inaugural Cornfield Combat Presented by Start2Finish at Macon Speedway.
